Service OverviewThe Security Operations Center (SOC) provides operational support for Prisma Access , ensuring continuous monitoring, stability, and protection of the organization's perimeter and remote access environment within a SASE architecture .The SOC team handles daily security activities including event monitoring, alert triage, incident handling, and policy support, collaborating closely with network, cloud, and security architecture teams.
