Role Description

We are seeking a Junior SEO Specialist for a full-time, remote position focused on improving the online and search engine presence of our organization. Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO strategies, building quality backlinks, and analyzing web analytics data to identify growth opportunities. The candidate will collaborate closely with the digital marketing and content teams to optimize results and support broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, and SEO Audits
• Experience in Link Building and creating effective backlink strategies
• Ability to utilize and analyze Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics to derive actionable insights
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with evolving SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred

Compensation: 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 INR Plus performance based incentives.
