No previous experience is required, just enthusiasm and a passion for technology!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...

Working full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of IT support tasks, including:

• Assisting the service desk support team with daily operations
• Communicating with clients over the phone and via remote access software
• Creating, monitoring and updating service tickets
• Supporting IT and technology projects
• Programming and preparing network hardware for installation
• Assisting with stock control and equipment preparation

As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to complete a Certificate IV in Information Technology through structured on-the-job training.
