**Junior Service Engineer**
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a representative for the technical community within Radiology Mexico.
- Participate in projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and represent local interests in technical initiatives.
- Inventory Management.
- Manage spare parts, ensure availability, and keep tools organized and calibrated.
- Engagement of Customer and Support.
- Provide technical assistance with the installed base of equipment, including installation, maintenance, and customer support.
- Provide technical Support to internal departments and ensure an optimal customer service delivery/experience.
- Performance Monitoring.
- Oversee key indicators (KPIs) such service efficiency, outcomes, and customer satisfaction (NPS), promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure Quality processes.
