Job Description
We’re hiring a Junior Service Manager to join the Governance & Service Management area of a leading organization in the aviation and airport operations sector. In this role, you will support service governance activities end‑to‑end, including the definition and follow‑up of SLAs and KPIs, coordination with internal teams and suppliers, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable and high‑quality service delivery.

- Assist in the end‑to‑end follow‑up of services from an operational and customer perspective
