Junior Service Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Service Operations Analystto join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the availability and stability of services in the European market by monitoring production and test environments.
• Assist in resolving operational alerts and incidents.
• Support the management of tickets for incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Participate in the execution of critical incident procedures and the preparation of post-incident reports.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational procedures and knowledge articles.
