Support ServiceNow development and IT operations under guidance, assisting with deployments at client locations. Handles basic workflows, endpoint monitoring, and project support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in deploying and configuring ServiceNow modules on client sites.
• Support network monitoring, endpoint management, and integrations.
• Implement basic workflows, client scripts, and business rules.
• Help with on-site testing, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in knowledge transfer.
• Follow senior guidance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of ServiceNow development experience or relevant IT experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD modules.
