Junior Site Manager

Enersense Engineering Oy is looking for a Junior Site Manager to support its client's site operations in Kilpilahti, Finland. In this role, you will work closely with the Site / Construction Manager and gain hands-on experience in supervising installation works, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that safety, quality, and schedules are met.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop practical site management skills in a professional, international project environment while being involved in day-to-day construction and installation activities.

The project starts as soon as possible and is expected to run until October 2026, with a possibility for an extension.
