Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for a Junior Site Supervisor - Interior. The role involves overseeing and coordinating interior design projects, supervising on-site activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and collaborating with the design and project teams. The professional will handle resources efficiently, maintain safety standards, and ensure seamless execution of work per the design plan.

Qualifications

• Strong project supervision and site management skills to ensure projects are executed to high standards.
• Knowledge of interior design fundamentals and experience in monitoring construction or installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and communicate effectively with contractors and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Relevant experience in interior design or project coordination is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Physical ability to work on-site, oversee construction, and ensure all safety regulations are followed.
