Responsibilities
- Provide support for DAC's core Loyalty and Membership platform
- Directly engage and collaborate with product and build teams to quickly resolve customer issues or reported bugs.
- Work closely with collaborative cross‑functional teams to deploy, test and optimize platform applications and services.
- Prioritize, engage and respond to support inquiries regarding product, functionality, performance and security.
- Develop, author, and maintain internal and customer‑facing technical documentation for the platform managed.
- Compile, prioritize, and report feature requests for product direction and implementation.
