Junior Software Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Completed the second year of a relevant IT-related degree programme by the start date in September Seeking a year-long industry placement before completing studies - No ongoing or completed Masters degree

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the delivery of software components under supervision - Develop skills while working in a multidisciplinary team - Understand and apply different types of testing - Assist in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues - Participate actively in the developer community - Continuously improve software and system quality - Follow industry best practices and HMLR standards in software development - Identify and implement optimizations to the development process - Learn and understand legacy technology and systems as required
