Job Summary As part of the customer account team, a Junior Solution Architect at Red Hat is a technical person who collaborates with customers and helps them to be successful by using Red Hat products and services. The role of a Junior Solution Architect is to understand our customers’ challenges and requirements and address them with Red Hat technologies and solutions.
