We are currently seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced culinary professional with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in kitchen operations. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. 
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Crew in the creation, planning, and execution of menus. 
  • Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of new crew members, fostering a positive, supportive, and efficient work environment.
