The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be a key leader within the Stadiums Events kitchen team. Reporting into the Sous and Head Chefs, you’ll help drive execution across busy event services, lead large teams through peak trade, and ensure quality, consistency and pace at scale.


This role suits a confident CDP or Junior Sous ready to step up in a high-energy, high-pressure environment. You’ll gain exposure to large-scale operations, complex service planning and multi-venue collaboration, while working across a variety of cuisines, menus and food spaces within the stadiums.


You will:

  • Lead sections and services during major events and game days

  • Support senior chefs with prep planning, stock control and kitchen operations

  • Coach and develop CDPs and junior chefs, leading from the front
