Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Help in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Manage inventory and assist in the ordering of supplies
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in menu development and special events
