Responsibilities
- Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Help in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Manage inventory and assist in the ordering of supplies
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in menu development and special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
