So, we’re searching for a **Junior Sous Chef** with a passion for bold flavors, consistency, and teamwork to support the heart of **McGettigan’s Kitchen** . Whether it’s a busy service or a special event, you’ll help deliver high-quality dishes while keeping standards high and the kitchen running smoothly.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
● Preparing and presenting dishes that meet McGettigan’s quality, taste, and brand standards
● Leading and supervising kitchen team members during service and ensuring smooth workflow
● Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness
● Monitoring with stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste
● Encouraging and responding to guest feedback in collaboration with the management team
