That's exactly what's needed to take on the role of a junior sous-chef at Jackson Café. We’re looking for someone who can effectively manage the kitchen team during the preparation of all dishes. Even better, this key team member—with a positive and persuasive attitude—will excel in developing their team to exceed customer expectations. (Psst! This talented individual will also have the chance to brilliantly prepare a variety of refined dishes.)


Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 7AM - 4PM. 



WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Understand, adhere to, and apply all operational policies, procedures, standards, and kitchen training programs;

  • Ensure all dishes and products are prepared and served consistently according to recipes, portion sizes, cooking techniques, and restaurant service standards;
