About the opportunity
This unique opportunity will allow you to work in a fast paced venue, overseeing the operational performance of the kitchen team and optimising efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with the Head Chef, you will actively contribute to menu changes and ensure the delivery of exceptional food and service standards. This role also provides support to our Eos by SkyCity In Room Dining operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. You will assist with rostering, food costing, and stock ordering.
