Job Description

Perform bookkeeping for small business clients, managing accounting records and reconciliations remotely from the Philippines.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Perform routine accounting procedures including bank, credit card, and payroll reconciliations; Accounts Receivable (A/R); Accounts Payable (A/P); and other accounting-related tasks as requested by clients.
  • Communicate open items or anomalies to Staff Accountants and follow up to ensure full resolution.
  • Review bank transactions and flag unidentified or unusual transactions to the Accountant or Accounting Lead.
  • Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation of reconciliation items in workpapers.
  • Contribute to department and team projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
