Summary of Role

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations, partnering closely with the sales team and VP of the market to ensure that all projects are a success.

Properly scope the design project

  1. Conduct a design handoff meeting with the sales rep and client to ensure project scope and alignment.
  2. Meet with the client to present any initial ideas; discuss and probe for any specifics the client may have regarding the design or installation.
  3. Stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases.
  4. Create an installation road map.
  5. Inform the scheduler of your needs, working within your reasonable deadline (negotiated between sales, the scheduling department, and the client).
