The Junior Strategic Project Manager will assist Senior Managers and C-level executives in managing strategic projects that drive company growth. This position requires collaboration across departments and may involve coordination with external consultants. ROLE: Support alignment of organizational initiatives with strategic goals; Generate insights from data to guide decision-making; Resolve cross-departmental challenges and obstacles; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering with excellent academic performance; Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills; Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of independent work; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
