Junior Supervisor (2nd Shift)

As a Jr Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve operational excellence and drive business results. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects and initiatives, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our projects and the development of our team members. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our team has the resources and tools they need to succeed.
