Hiring: Junior Systems Administrator – Manage Engine Focus (Hybrid with 3 - 4 days onsite)
We’re looking for a Junior Systems Administrator with strong Manage Engine experience to support our remote workforce. This role will own Manage Engine administration, optimization, and endpoint management, while serving as the first point of contact for laptop and system issues.
If you’ve worked hands-on with Manage Engine Endpoint Central, patching, asset management, and automation, and want a role where those tools are actually used well — this one’s for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Manage Engine Endpoint Central
- Manage patch management, asset management, software deployment, and device policies using Manage Engine
- Ensure maximum utilization of Manage Engine features (automation, reports, alerts, compliance)
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking in Manage Engine
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues via Manage Engine remote tools
- Act as first-level IT support for laptop and endpoint issues in a remote environment
Endpoint, Zoho & O365 Administration
- Manage company laptops (Windows/mac OS) for a distributed team
- Handle device onboarding, offboarding, and replacements
- Administer Zoho Directory (users, groups, access control)
- Support and manage other Zoho products as required
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 (users, licenses, email, Teams, One Drive)
- Perform basic maintenance of all IT Assets and simple servers
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support / systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Manage Engine Endpoint Central (mandatory). In case of a Fresher, deep knowledge of Manage Engine is a MUST.
- Windows OS installation / maintenance / ensure overall system performance
- Patch Management
- Asset Management
- Access Management / Log Reviews
- Experience with Zoho Directory and Zoho ecosystem
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Experience supporting remote teams and endpoints
Nice to Have
- Manage Engine certifications or advanced ME automation experience
- Zoho or Microsoft certifications
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and documentation
