Junior System Programmer & Developer

The Junior Officer (JO) – System Programmer & Developer is responsible for assisting the Senior Programmer & Developer in the design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of company systems and applications. The role supports ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and development tasks to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of IT systems aligned with organizational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. System Development & Programming Support

• Assist the Senior Programmer & Developer in the development, coding, testing, and deployment of internal systems and applications.
• Participate in system enhancements, bug fixes, and minor system upgrades under supervision.
• Help maintain and improve existing applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Perform basic debugging and issue resolution, escalating complex issues to the Senior Programmer as necessary.
