Job Description

What'll you do:

  • Manage all coordination for all interviews, working across timezones & with complex scheduling requirements.
  • You’ll ensure that our candidates and hiring teams have an excellent experience throughout the process
  • Coordinate and manage all travel for candidates where requiredCreate offer documentation for new hires and manage the pre-onboarding process, with incredible attention to detail
  • Become a systems expert and provide support to our TA and People teams
  • Conduct all necessary TA Operations tasks, including Background Check and expense reimbursement.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for our TA & People teams
  • Build and maintain documentation and education materials to outline TA Operations processes.
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as required
  • Partner closely with a number of other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our candidates and customers
