About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive Junior Talent Support Specialist. This role involves assisting candidates through the application, assessment, and interview stages of our recruitment process, serving as the front line of BairesDev Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Support candidates and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Respond to help desk tickets and live chat inquiries.
  • Interact with candidates respectfully, kindly, and enthusiastically.
  • Learn our products and platform thoroughly.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and guides for self-service support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

You Must Have

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Customer Success.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.
  • A passion for working with people.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in IT industry head-hunting is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
