Job Description

This role sits between Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering. The TAM ensures campaigns run smoothly, detects issues early, raises alarms when needed, translates customer requirements into technical actions, and helps customers get maximum value from Tangering's platform.

You don't build core product features — but you understand the system deeply enough to debug, analyze, and coordinate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Monitoring & Incident Management

  • Monitor live and ongoing AI agent campaigns (voice, messaging, automation flows).
  • Detect anomalies in performance, volume, errors, or behavior.
  • Act as the first line of defense: raise alarms, document issues, and escalate to the tech team when something looks wrong.Validate whether issues are configuration, data, integration, or platform-related before escalation.Follow incidents through resolution and communicate clearly with clients.
