Junior Technical Recruiter (Hybrid)

Harvest is currently seeking to add a Junior Technical Recruiter to our in house team that is looking for a chance to begin a career with a highly reputable San Francisco Bay Area staffing firm. Duties: Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial phone interviews and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications. Manage the applicant tracking system. Develop and maintain long term candidate relationships. Requirements: College Degree – BA or BS preferred. A strong technical aptitude is preferred. 1 to 3 years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to juggle multiple requisitions at one time. The hiring range for this position is $32.00 to $36.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
