Role: Junior Technical Writer  

We are seeking a proactive self-starter to join our team in Bengaluru as a Junior Resource. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience who excels in documentation, communication, and process visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise SOPs, user manuals, orientation plans , and technical documentation .
• Maintain and update a central knowledge base .
• Visualize processes by creating flow charts and on-paper depictions of complex workflows, seeing the broader picture .

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio (or relevant process mapping tools).
• Familiarity with ticket management tools like ServiceNow .
