Position: Software Quality Assurance Sr. Analyst

Location: Guadalajara, on-site at NTT DATA office in Guadalajara. The role is to work on site.

Responsibilities
  • Review healthcare requirements and user stories to understand functional and domain needs.
  • Design and document manual test cases using Azure DevOps.
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression test cycles.
  • Validate healthcare workflows such as claims, eligibility, authorizations, and provider/member modules.
  • Perform backend data validation using basic SQL queries.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps Boards.
