As a Junior Trade Documentation Analyst, you'll ensure the accuracy of complex financial documentation across global markets, supporting trading desks and driving operational excellence. You'll be the go-to expert for drafting, matching, and managing post-trade events across a wide range of products, from commodities to equities.
Location: Lisbon | US shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
Main Responsibilities:
Check FO trade bookings to ensure all deals are correctly captured and aligned with client documentation.
Verify and match legal confirmations (electronic/physical) following ISDA standards and approved templates.
Organize and prioritize incoming confirmations, ensuring accurate archiving and timely matching.
Identify and resolve financial or legal discrepancies, escalating issues when needed.
