Role Overview

• Position: Junior Bench Sales Recruiter
• Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Recurring Incentives
• Shift: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

• Market Bench Consultants: Proactively market our internal pool of IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.
