Junior User Experience Manager

To support our User Experience team we are searching for a Junior User Experience Manager to be based in our Barcelona office.

• Become part of the Onsite Management team and be responsible for identifying user needs and motivation, as well as independently developing user guidance concepts for all our Digital Web Applications.
• Be responsible for creating concepts, scribbles, mockups & interactive prototypes for all our digital products and bring your market overview of developments & trends to the team.
• Leverage collaboration with web analytics, product management, and design teams to transform digital products into unique shopping experiences.
• Be responsible for developing and improving our internal digital products such as (CMS, Backoffice, or Returns Platform).
