Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students across multiple grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade, within a school setting in Round Rock, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Document and report student progress in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification and licensure appropriate for the state.
- Experience working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain detailed records.
- Familiarity with educational protocols and IEP processes.
