K-5 School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Johns, Florida

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in grades K-5. This role is based in the Saint Johns, FL area within a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for young learners with speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-5 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Document student goals, progress, and therapy session notes
• Participate in meetings such as IEPs and other student support forums
