K2 Assistant Supervisor 3rd Shift

TheAssistant Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the activities
of the K2 Processing side, Refinery, Bleaching, RX, Hydro, L1, FOL and
inventory. They are also responsible for tracking products ran from the
schedule, the enforcement of company rules, ensuring that all employees are
working safely, tracking product rates, training new employees, and keeping the
work place in a clean and orderly manner. This will include organization and
FIFO of received materials and supplies.

& Environmental Performance
Lead the safety effort by personal example.
Support full plant wide compliance with safety rules to further our goal of 0 accidents and encouragement of reporting and correcting near misses.
Support contractors during major construction or anytime maintenance contractors are on site.
Identify high-risk safety/productivity issues and help remedy them.
