Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka , Kafka Streams, Connect, and Schema Registry.
  • Solid programming skills in Java / Spring Boot / Python / Scala .
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices , and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of Kafka monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center, etc.
  • Strong understanding of AVRO/JSON schemas and serialization formats.
  • Good understanding of banking domain workflows such as payments, transactions, onboarding, or fraud.
