Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager, based in CMX, with the flexibility to work from home on agreed-upon days. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in Canal Moderno , developing strategies to meet client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue generation. The role will also require regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, monitoring client accounts, and handling any issues or escalations effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Account Management, Relationship Building, and Client Retention
  • Expertise in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a hybrid work model
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of market trends preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Negotiate strategic marketing plans with key makers and non-traditional advertising accounts of FOODS category, generating revenue for the company. Responsible for the definition of actions of Trade marketing, Media, Sampling, Data, and insights. Carry out hunting new makers and brands that we must incorporate into Rappi with the aim of closing long-term negotiations and JBP's.

Follow-up campaign results with the growth management team.

Design and implement follow-up activities aligned with manufacturers through brand growth pathways.

  • Hunting of new makers and development of categories
  • Develop business proposals and marketing plans with key partners and non-traditional advertising accounts using trade marketing, media, and sampling strategies.
  • Foster and develop long-term relationships with new brands to capture revenue growth opportunities with Rappi audiences
  • Design and execute disruptive marketing campaigns that leverage the growth and positioning of e-commerce categories.
  • Work with different stakeholders to follow up campaign execution, results, and billing

What you will do
  • Develop the annual strategy of the assigned accounts according to the brand strategy.
  • Calibrate monthly forecast according to risks and opportunities
  • Be in contact with customers for monthly business reviews.
  • Visit points of sale weekly
  • Forecast control of markdowns and returns for inventory cleanup
  • Be in constant communication with cross-functional areas to follow up on projects for assigned accounts.
Skills for Success
  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 3 years in sales and account management.
  • Experience in the fashion industry
  • Educational Position Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Financial/Math/Analytics or related areas.

  • Demonstrated understanding of retail math and logistics. Identify opportunities and risks based on KPIs trends and develop execution plans.

Key Account Representative – The North Face

How you will make the difference:

This position is responsible for analyzing ecommerce data and to develop tactics in order to optimize ecommerce’s performance and maintain healthy KPI’s (Sell in, Month of stock, Sell Out, Sell Thru, Replenishment, Revenue, up sell, cross sale). Monthly Purchase Order Tracking, Collaboration with internal areas (Sales Ops, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing), Constant communication with clients (negotiation and analysis)

Skills & Background for Success
  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 years of Retail and Sales planning and eCommerce.
  • Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Data and Analytical Skills – Ability to use Data Driven Insights.
  • High customer focus with the ability to drive for results.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Strong Excel, Power BI skills and knowledge).
  • Analytical, enjoys working in a team, good communication skills, creative, problem-solver.
  • Preferably experience with clients such as Palacio de Hierro
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the achievement of ecommerce and marketplace objectives (Sell-in, sell-out objectives)
  • To analyze and prepare commercial ecommerce and marketplace reporting’s (inventory and sales evaluations with a focus on business strategy development and improved sell in)
  • To develop tactics and follow up the operative execution, in order to maintain ecommerce performance (product analysis, and replenishment strategy, create and maintain product catalog, site performance, conversion funnel analyst, constant review of web site and marketplace).
