Kanban Program Scrum

• Expertise in Scrum, including the value and principles and how they are applied in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques such as continuous integration, build, deliver, test-driven development, and other automated acceptance testing techniques.
• Experience working with UX (user experience) design practices in an Agile / Scrum environment
• Experience driving work to a conclusion without constant monitoring and intervention, and delivering with consistently high quality
• Excellent understanding of Lean-Agile principles, metrics, and technology and Experience with Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Leader
