Katsu Technicianscooks who care about technique, consistency, and doing things right.
This is a hands-on role in a focused Japanese sando shop where fry quality, timing, and clean execution is a small, fast-paced shop everyone contributes to keeping the space clean and moving.
If you take pride in your station, move with purpose during rushes, and like working in a tight, disciplined kitchen, you ll fit in here.
What You ll Do
- Execute katsu and fry station with precision and consistency
- Maintain oil quality, fryer temps, and breading standards
- Prepare and assemble sandos to spec, every time
- Support prep work including slicing, portioning, and restocking
- Communicate clearly during service and move efficiently under pressure
