We’re a leader in the aviation and aerospace industry, and we’re hiring a KC-46 Program Operations Coordinator to support the KC-46 Pegasus program. This on-site role in Columbus, Ohio is ideal for a detail-oriented, early-career professional who enjoys structured environments and working in ERP systems while gaining hands-on exposure to program operations, asset management, and logistics.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the VP of Commercial Sales, KC-46 Asset Manager, and program team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain program data in ERP systems.
- Organize program files, documentation, and key schedules.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing to support smooth program execution.
