Job Description

General Position Summary Supervises Juvenile Department Behavioral Rehabilitation Services Program (BRS).


Supervises duties of BRS program staff.


With Director, coordinates with the Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) and Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) for BRS program intake, licensing, contracting, standards, oversight, and performance.


Coordinates partnerships with community agencies that provide services to the BRS program.


Must pass a DHS background check and drug screen to be eligible for employment.


Essential Functions The following may not be all inclusive and other duties may be assigned.


Supervises BRS program, Klamath Crimson Rose (KCR), a residential rehabilitation program housed in the Klamath County juvenile facility.


Supervises duties of BRS program staff with authority over recruitment, evaluation, retention, discipline, and discharge of staff in the KCR program.
