I'm Vaidotas Juodonis, Head of RAN Operations & Nokia Change, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on RAN 2nd line operations in RAN NSN 2G, 4G, 5G networks, ensuring RAN networks availability and other KPIs on agreed level.

In this role you'll support RAN network in Finland, and it includes:
Daily follow-up RAN network alarms and act on them accordingly
Daily follow-up network performance reports to fix incidents.
