Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South is located in the Zuidas near the Rai. The Zuidas is becoming the most important business district in the Netherlands. With Schiphol Airport and the city centre just minutes away, it is one of the best-located hotels in Amsterdam for both business guests and tourists.
The kitchen assistant (keukenhulp) performs supportive tasks (cleaning, dishwashing, restocking) and preparatory tasks (cutting/portioning products for mise en place) in the kitchen.
**Your day-to-day:**
+ Preparing various drinks, food items, and other necessities according to the prevailing hygiene standards (HACCP).
+ Preparing (or pre-preparing) meals, sandwiches, and snacks.
+ Assisting colleagues with preparatory and simple operational tasks.
+ Checking and storing delivered orders.
+ Restocking kitchen and canteen supplies from storage.
+ Notifying necessary stock replenishments.
