Overview

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Contract Administrator to join our team based in our Kewdale office on a Permanent Full Time basis. This role will see you responsible for ensuring that the sales team can focus on selling while this position completes many of the administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain monthly and quarterly reports for Key Account clients to align with contractual obligations
  • Prepare quotes for customers
  • Preparing credits
  • Data interpretation
  • Uploading of Portal documentation for key clients
  • Completion of customer documentation as required
  • Maintaining system data integrity by ensuring data is updated as required
  • Cross referencing data across multiple systems
  • Contribute to an environment that helps to develop the relationship and business flow between Operations, Key Accounts and Business Support functions
