Job Purpose

To undertake sales activities, maintain, develop and grow sales of our client product range to existing and potential customers, in accordance with our client’s goals. Ensuring customers’ needs and requests are met, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement

* Managing existing customer accounts

* Identifying new customers for our clients products and services as well as providing the necessary technical and pricing information to gain business –(support & training provided)
