Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow key accounts and maximize revenue. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Key Account Managers or Sales Executives. Set team goals, monitor performance, and support development plans. Drive sales growth through effective account strategies and relationship management. Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals. Manage pricing, proposals, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate with marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide client feedback to internal departments to improve product/service offerings. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Transportation provided by the company. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a similar role. Very Good English is a must. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
