Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow key accounts and maximize revenue.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Key Account Managers or Sales Executives.
  • Set team goals, monitor performance, and support development plans.
  • Drive sales growth through effective account strategies and relationship management.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage pricing, proposals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide client feedback to internal departments to improve product/service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Transportation provided by the company.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Very Good English is a must.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
