Role Summary
As a Key Account Manager you will leading mine site visits independently and with Bradken teams to identify high‑value opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and apply advanced technical and metallurgical expertise to improve liner performance, reduce downtime, and lift productivity. You will also drive continuous improvement across key accounts by optimising processes, reducing costs, and enhancing product standards. You will be a strategic advisor and use customer insights and operational data to influence product roadmaps, market positioning, and innovation priorities, execute targeted commercial strategies that expand market penetration, increase customer value, and support the co‑creation of solutions that meet evolving industry needs.
