Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to grow sales within a portfolio of high-value corporate and premier customers. This role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving incremental revenue within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts through proactive customer engagement and upselling
  • Drive sales growth and position the company as a preferred supplier
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Use CRM, financial, and customer data to optimize profitability and service levels
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development
  • Proven success in industrial field sales (Industry / MRO / Electronics preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and financial awareness
  • Ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in e-commerce, matrix organizations, or project management
  • Knowledge of SAP and automation/control solutions
  • Ideal for a commercially focused professional who enjoys building partnerships and delivering measurable growth.
