The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to take on a strategically important portfolio of high‑value clients across Western Australia. This role represents a chance to step into a mature portfolio with strong growth opportunity.

As the primary contact for major and corporate growers, you will build deep, trust‑based relationships, anticipate evolving client needs and connect them with the right Muirs specialists to deliver industry leading solutions.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, commercial awareness and professionalism representing at the highest levels of the Australian Agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients across WA.
  • Deeply understand client business drivers and long‑term needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring seamless service across business units.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with growers and key corporate stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, seasonal updates and trend analysis.
  • Maintain strong awareness of WA supply chain dynamics, competitive landscape and emerging trends.
  • Manage client credit requirements with sound commercial judgement.

About You

You are a proactive, relationship‑driven individual with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to influence at senior levels.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or major client portfolio management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership capability.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and a passion for agricultural or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales or related discipline (preferred).
